In the “old days” a REALTOR could be of service to people by showing them properties, directing people to the local savings and loan for financing and entering property information into the Multiple Listing System.

Today the profession of real estate has changed as have many other fields. There is an ever increasing complexity in the area of financing many “state of the art” networking and marketing avenues, as well as every changing and increasing legal requirements for the purchase sale of real estate, and yes a REALTOR who becomes overwhelmed with these necessities doesn’t have the time to work closely with customers and clients and is doing them a disservice.

Capt. Jim Martin, my REALTOR husband, has over 21 years experience in the Real Estate industry and has developed multiple advanced capabilities in the computer area and used this expertise from both the main and home offices in research and promotion. From the public records data system to graphics, and web design, he’s great in this and other REALTOR responsibilities.

Carla, our personal assistant can be found most often in our office keeping us organized in a multitude of ways. Carla has a strong background in Real Estate office management and you will find she’s pleasant, dependable, thorough and very capable.
